  • Exterior Renovations / Expansions

  • Interior Remodeling

  • Baths

  • Aging In Place Evaluations / Planning

  • Aging in Place Renovations

As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), we design, build and/or retrofit safe and secure environments that allow our customers to remain in their homes as they grow older. A Request for Proposals (RFP) certified contractor, we follow the lead-safe practices essential for remodeling homes built before 1978.

We’re highly responsive to our clients before, during and after each project. To meet expectations and eliminate surprises, we’ll update you on your project’s status daily.
We’ve built our business on open communication: Seventy-five percent of our projects come from repeat clients and client referrals, and about 20 percent from our contractors and vendor partners.

HOW WE WORK

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. HERE IS OUR PROVEN METHOD FOR GREAT RESULTS

If you plan on living in your home during the remodeling, keep in mind that noise, dust and some fumes are part of the renovation process. We will contain these inconveniences as best we can and clean up the work site at the end of each day. However, if you, a family member or even a pet has allergies, please make us aware of this well in advance. If one or more family members are extremely sensitive, or we are remodeling an essential room like the kitchen, it’s important to plan your temporary relocation (e.g. to a family member or friend’s home or to a hotel suite with kitchen) before we begin the work.
